Justelectrician use the latest technology to carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports EICR or other wise known as Periodic Inspections or Testing.
The below table shows frequency / maximum period between Electrical Inspecting and Testing as outlined within BS7671 18th edition IET wiring regulations and Guidance Note 3. Often there is also a requirement within the Terms of Mortgage paperwork and Insurance which is not surprising since 9/10 (89%) electrical fires are caused by electrical products.
